Sebastian Olma invites you to a special tasting menu.
“Design Dining” is a new and creative combination of flavors of products such as troy with spicy wasabi and sweet fennel, an essential consomme of duck on red wine with beetroot’s dumplings, russet with oyster and seafood foam or lamb with eggplant, chickpeas and crunchy sage.
The feast will end with panna cotta with bison grass and nut ice cream. We also encourage you to use the “White Bar”, where before the dinner will wait our with a surprising composition for an aperitif! It is worth entering the New Year by testing sophisticated flavors in a new form!
