He gained his experience in the best restaurants in Poland and abroad, which specialize in original interpretations of European cuisine. He is the winner of many prestigious plebiscites and winner of titles such as “Chef Discovery of the Year” according to Poland 100 Best Restaurants. Finalist of many culinary competitions in Poland and abroad, such as Bocuse d’or Poland 2015, representative of Poland in Paris at the final of “Chef’s en or”, winner of: “Chef’s Fight”, “Polish Championship in Regional Product” or “Chef’s en or Poland”.

He is a perfectionist with a passion for the highest standard of work and the best quality ingredients. His cooking style can be described as an innovative take on the classic flavors of Polish cuisine with international accents.
