Master dessert from Pastry Chef Rafał Gajownik
On 17th September 2016 Belvedere Restaurant had a great pleasure to present our Pastry Chef’s master dessert during Wine&Foof Noble Night Gala. It was already 9th edition of this prestigious event, this time situated in Expo XX1. Belvedere Pastry Chef Rafał Gajownik has prepared very special dessert for the gala guests. The unconventional take on cheesecake (based on Hokkaido and Polish Krzywonos cheese), accompanied with mandarin-anise ice cream and caramelised reindeer lichen was very appreciated and complemented by the Wine&Food Noble Night participants. We are very happy to be able to present our Pastry Chef talent during this great event.
